Thursday morning

This morning our students had Spanish language/culture classes once again, but for the last hour Lourdes had a special activity planned. She arranged for a group of students from the school to meet with us so that our students could get to know them and practice their Spanish, while the Spanish students could practice their English. They were all divided into four groups. The first 15 minutes everyone could only speak Spanish. For the following 15 minutes everyone needed to speak only English. Then the groups rotated and they spent another 15 minutes in Spanish and another 15 in English. Our students REALLY liked the experience and cannot wait to meet up with their new friends tomorrow at school! Here are some photos:
