Monday Afternoon/Evening

This afternoon we hopped on a bus and headed to the old part of Cadiz. We started in the Plaza de Espan~a, a park with a huge monument that commemorates the signing (in Cadiz) of the country's first constitution in 1812. From there we walked to the city's museum, the Alameda along the ocean, the old post office, flower market, the Catedral, City Hall and other parks and plazas. We also climbed the Torre (Tower) Tavira where we got a real-time view of the entire old city using a Camera Obscura! The walk lasted about 3 hours and we went back to our host families afterwards. Here are some photos!
