We left early on Saturday morning and traveled by bus to Granada, another town in Andalucia (southern Spain). It sits at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountain range and is known for its Moorish history. While we were there we visited the Plaza Nueva and did some shopping, then we went to a few markets including a spice market. We also visited the Cathedral as well as the Capilla Real where King Fernando and Queen Isabel I are buried.
